By the end of the course, you’ll be able to
✅ Recognise the signs and symptoms of common mental health problems
✅ Respond confidently and safely to someone experiencing distress and ask about suicide
✅ Use practical tools to support others in a non-judgemental way
✅ Understand recovery and the importance of self-care
✅ Feel more prepared to have open, kind, and meaningful conversations
