One certification.
Mental Health First Aid England is a two-day accredited programme delivered across four structured sessions. It gives participants the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise signs of poor mental health, have supportive conversations, and signpost people to appropriate help.
The course uses the ALGEE action plan and is built around real conversation practice, case studies, films and group discussion. Participants leave as certified MHFAiders: people who are ready, willing and able to support the mental health of those around them.
The MHFAider certification comes with three years of support through the MHFAider Support App, the MHFA England Online Learning Hub, and membership of the Association of Mental Health First Aiders.
The MHFAider role, self-care, ALGEE, mental health context, language and personal reflection.

Not an add-on.
Within 10 days of the final session, you receive a professionally designed report covering learner ratings, feedback themes and course outcomes. Built into the cost because I care about whether the training actually lands, and because your organisation deserves evidence that it did.
