Health First Aid.

The training that makes
people actually confident.
Scotland's Mental Health First Aid is a standardised, accredited two-day programme developed by the Scottish Recovery Network and supported by Public Health Scotland. It gives participants the knowledge, skills and confidence to recognise and respond to mental health problems in the people around them.
The course covers ten areas of mental health across two days: from depression and anxiety to psychosis, self-harm, substance use and suicide. Participants leave with the ALGEE action plan: a practical five-step framework for any mental health first aid situation.

Offices in Scotland and England?
I hold a current MHFA England Instructor Member licence. One of a very small number of trainers accredited to deliver both Scotland's Mental Health First Aid and MHFA England. For organisations operating across both countries, this means a single, consistent trainer across all locations. No handoffs. No variation in standard. One voice, one approach, everywhere your people are.
The MHFA England workbook comes with caramel wafers. Some things travel well.
A full evaluation report.
Not an add-on.
Within 10 days of the final session, you receive a professionally designed report covering learner ratings, feedback themes and course outcomes. Built into the cost because I care about whether the training actually lands, and because your organisation deserves evidence that it did.
Reports can be branded with your organisation's logo on request. Designed to be shared with a board, a senior team, or an L&D function.
338 participants.
