Groupwork &
Facilitation Skills.
A full-day training for practitioners, educators and team leaders who design and deliver group learning. Built around the principle that good facilitation is a craft, not an accident.
The day covers how people learn, the role of environment in group dynamics, inclusion and accessibility, and the practical skills to design and run sessions that actually land. Participants leave with tools, frameworks and a draft plan for their own next session.
SMHFA:
What Next?
A follow-up session for SMHFA graduates. Designed for organisations who want to go beyond the certification and help their people actually use what they learned.
Participants revisit ALGEE, build confidence through practice conversations and case studies, and work through how the skills apply to their specific role and workplace. The session surfaces where people feel confident, where they feel unsure, and what they want to work on next.
Peer Feedback
Workshop.
A bespoke half-day workshop for teams who want to give and receive feedback more honestly, more kindly, and more effectively.
Built around four panels: why feedback matters, how to give it well, how to receive it without shutting down, and what organisations gain when feedback culture improves. Highly practical, with structured conversation practice and real scenarios. The workshop uses physical facilitation materials and is designed to leave people feeling more confident, not more anxious.
