I've been delivering Scotland's Mental Health First Aid in Shetland since 2024, and the courses here have a different feel to anywhere else I work. People often know each other across several parts of their lives, and that changes the conversations in the room.

As well as public courses in Lerwick, I deliver in-house for teams anywhere on the islands. Travel gets built into the quote, so you don't have to work any of that out.

- SMHFA for groups of 8 to 16, up to 24 with a second trainer
