Scotland's Mental Health First Aid, a two day course in Lerwick, Shetland on Monday 23 and Tuesday 24 November 2026.
Over two days you will learn to spot the signs that someone is struggling, have a supportive conversation, and guide them towards the right help.
Group of 5: book five places together at a fixed price of £950. Enter the lead contact when booking and I will be in touch to arrange the other places.

Times: 9.15am to 5pm each day, including breaks
Venue: Islesburgh Complex, Lerwick
Materials: SMHFA Manual, Workbook, mini whiteboards, paper and pens for group work
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, I will first try to switch you to another SMHFA course free of charge where there is space.
More than 4 weeks in advance: full refund.
Less than 3 weeks in advance: 50% refund.
Less than 1 week in advance: no refund.
