I run public courses in Glasgow at GCVS on Argyle Street and at The Boardwalk on Brunswick Street. Public courses mix people from charities, councils, health and social care, universities and businesses, and that mix is a big part of why they work.
You hear how mental health shows up in other people's workplaces, not just your own, and people leave with a wider sense of where help actually sits in the city.

At GCVS, 348 Argyle Street, and The Boardwalk, 105 Brunswick Street. Both are in the city centre and easy to reach from Central and Queen Street stations.
How much does a place cost in Glasgow?

Should I do SMHFA or ASIST first?
There's no set order. If you want a broad grounding in mental health, start with Scotland's Mental Health First Aid. If suicide intervention is the priority for your role, go straight to ASIST.
