Scotland's Mental Health First Aid, a two day course in Glasgow on Monday 2 and Tuesday 3 November 2026.
Over two days you will learn to spot the signs that someone is struggling, have a supportive conversation, and guide them towards the right help.

Times: 9.15am to 5pm each day, including breaks
Venue: GCVS, 348 Argyle Street, Glasgow G2 8LX
Materials: SMHFA Manual, Workbook, mini whiteboards, paper and pens for group work

If you need to cancel, I will first try to switch you to another SMHFA course free of charge where there is space.
More than 4 weeks in advance: full refund.
Less than 3 weeks in advance: 50% refund.
Less than 1 week in advance: no refund.
